Human Resources Administrator
Our client is looking to add a Human Resources Administrator to their team who is independent, self- motivated, and able to work from home. The variety of construction services they provide is what sets them apart and has allowed them to become a leader within the various industries that they engage with. They provide paid time off and medical insurance.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:
  • Complete payroll activities
  • Support accounting with the billing of projects 
  • Create efficient scheduling procedures 
  • Manage and improve employee relations
Qualifications for the HR Administrator position include:
  • 4-year college degree in Human Resources preferred or similar experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources Administrator 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with ADP or similar payroll software
