When I came in contact with Brad, he called me on the telephone with a client that he was trying to fill a career vacancy for a field service engineer. I was currently working in the energy sector - particularly oil & gas exploration. I was seeking new employment due to the volatile swings in work schedules based on oil and gas prices and had worked with several recruiters or staffing agencies in the past with absolutely no success. Up until this career change, I had never worked with a staffing agency or recruiter to find employment. I had all but made up my mind to stop the search for another career and just take "my lumps" in my current employment situation. Brad gave me hope and I believed in him and his abilities.

Brad should be considered the "Gold Standard" of recruiting personnel at your company . He was always there by phone, text, or email. He did not let me go without knowing what was going on or what our next steps should be. He helped me by proofreading documentation that I was sending to the prospective employer. I never had any doubts as to where I was at during the entire process. The pep talk before the interview was insightful and most helpful in my preparation for the face-to­ face interview. I interviewed very cautiously at first. Picking only two companies previously in the last year. Both companies with different recruiting or staffing firms to work with.
