The current opening is for a SR Product Engineer. Main duties include:
- Directly interact with the customer to suggest machine and technology solutions during the sales process
- Perform sales support, product performance analysis, and technical assistance
- Maintain direct customer contact through site visits and technical presentations
- Generate reports on product performance and recommend improvements
- Prepare quotations for machines and turnkey systems
- Assist with training on technology products
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree in a technical field preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the machine tool or CNC industry
- Ability to travel approximately 15-25% to customer locations
- Prior GD&T experience
- Proficient in applying statistical and mathematical concepts
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and internal interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
