Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in commissioning and supporting complex building systems:
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to support commissioning requirements and schedules
  • Plan and manage testing activities, including staffing, equipment, and documentation
  • Participate in commissioning and project meetings, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Track, document, and assist in resolving commissioning and startup issues
  • Verify installations and system performance against construction documents and design intent
  • Review inspections and support system startup and performance testing
  • Oversee functional performance testing and evaluate results
  • Support the training and development of internal team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with building or critical systems
  • Strong engineering mindset with the ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions
  • Experience supporting projects from design through commissioning
  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites throughout the region as needed
