You'll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and fiscal accuracy.

- Prepare journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset/tooling accounting
- Conduct labor variance analysis and report findings
- Manage intercompany accounts and support sales invoicing and reconciliation
- Analyze data for trends and patterns; support business decisions
- Serve as backup to accounting staff and assist with other finance duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of accounting/ finance experience
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
