Our client is a successful manufacturer who has continued to grow and expand their operations. They are currently searching for a talented Plant Controls Engineer. This is a full-time/direct hire opening.

The current opening is for a Plant Controls Engineer. Main duties include:
- Ensure manufacturing equipment is running at optimal performance
- Program, Develop, Design and troubleshoot logic on PLC’s
- Configure and install hardware components
- Identify and implement updates to existing equipment and new industrial systems
- Perform analytical analysis to support and drive decisions
- Assist and support maintenance team as necessary
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or similar preferred, A.S. degree and experience required
- 4+ years of relevant experience preferred,
- Strong background with PLC’s, VFD’s, HMI’s, etc.
- Must have a strong hands-on, floor-present ability
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude
- Effective project management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
