Main duties of the HR Manager include:
Ensure the manufacturing site is adhering to all corporate policies and procedures
Investigate safety incidents in the plant and resolve immediately and effectively
Work closely with the Plant Operations Manager on targeted safety goals
Handle recruiting, hiring and training in the plant
Oversee plant payroll and benefits administration, as well as workers comp.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor`s degree HR or Business
Experience leading HR activities in a manufacturing plant
HR certifications desired, but not required
Strong experience dealing with Workers Comp, Payroll and Benefits
