This role focuses on managing and improving the Flex ERP system, coordinating with operations, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.. Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Plex ERP system for manufacturing activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business analytics
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, materials, or production setups.
- Prepare and present daily and periodic reports on efficiency and performance.
- Work with inventory, procurement, and production teams to align materials and resources.
Qualifications include:
- Proficient with Plex ERP system within a manufacturing company
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
