Controls Engineer
This company provides integrated product handling solutions using state of the art technology to increase line efficiency for automated conveyor system solutions to assist manufacturers worldwide. As the Controls Engineer, you will be joining a goal driven team motivated by providing companies ground-breaking design solutions to their conveyor system while enjoying competitive compensation and the opportunity to continue to grow in the respected industry.

Main duties of the Controls Engineer include:
  • Assist applications in preparing detailing customer quotes
  • Develop schematics in AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical for assembly
  • Develop and debug PLC and HMI software programs to meet system requirements
  • Assist Project Managers with the Customer Factory Acceptance Test process
  • Follow the equipment to the customer's facility and help with the installation
Qualifications for the Controls Engineer position include:
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering Technology, Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology or other technical degree
  • 5+ years of related experience 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with ability to re-prioritize as required
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
