Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
As the Sales Manager, you will create and implement a company-wide strategic marketing, sales, and business development plan. You will facilitate growth by supervising a team of Sales Reps to build long-term customer relationships with key accounts while targeting new revenue streams and new clients. By maintaining close contact with clients, you will ensure products quality, delivery, and cost standards are met.
Requirements for the Sales Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar. An MBA or advanced sales training preferred
- The ability to travel 60% of the time throughout the US, including overnight and weekend trips
- Previous experience marketing and developing distributor and retail sales channels for consumer goods
