Omni One is a small but mighty recruiting firm! We have been growing our client base from the ground up for the past 20 years, and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! Our goal is that by growing internally, we can grow our client base at the same time. Recruiting should be efficient, with candidates that make sense the first time around, and that is exactly what clients can expect from Omni One.
Are you looking to grow your career in sales and develop long-term relationships with your own clients, while essentially growing your own business? We are actively seeking a passionate Recruiter/Sales Representative to add value to our team in order to continue our client development efforts. In this role, you will promote Omni One through telephone interactions. In order to succeed in this position, you will need to be confident in your customer service skills, eager to learn, and willing to hit personal and team sales goals.

- Train alongside an experienced 10-person team of Recruiting/Sales Representatives.
- Promote Omni One and sell recruiting services to new hiring managers on a daily basis.
- Learn how to find and interview candidates to effectively market to existing and potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Increase both individual and team sales.
- A four-year degree
- 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service or similar field
