Our client is in need of an off-shift Manufacturing Engineer.

Duties and responsibilities of the Off-shift Manufacturing Engineer include:

  • Improving processes and products
  • Evaluating machine performance
  • Designing and developing flow charts
  • Reducing costs
  • Ensuring and maintaining the safety and quality of products
  • Selecting and evaluating new equipment
  • Managing projects (cost, timeliness, scheduling, etc.)
  • Programming CNC mills and lathes
  • Tool and fixture designing

Requirements of the Off-shift Manufacturing Engineer include:

  • A BS degree in Engineering, along with at least relevant co-op or internship experience.  Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Experience with lean manufacturing
  • Strong CNC machine shop experience
  • 3D design experience
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment
  • Able to manage projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Local candidates only
  • Willing and able to work an off-shift
