The current opening is for a Sales Manager. Main duties include:
- Plan and manage all sales activities in order to increase market share
- Develop and grow the customer base
- Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies to gain greater profitability
- Develop executive-level relationships and a broad network of contacts at target customers
- Gather intelligence on products performance and competitors
- Create and maintain annual customer forecasts for financial and operational planning purposes
- Bachelor’s degree – technical degree preferred
- Prior sales leadership experience in automotive product manufacturing or similar industry
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to travel to customer locations
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Must possess strong analytical ability
