As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising, coaching and training customer service associates
  • Ensuring orders are put into the system on time
  • Working with other departments
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Leading continuous improvements
  • Creating SOPs
  • Scheduling outbound shipments

To be considered for the Customer Service Manager, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of previous customer service experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, along with manufacturing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong listener; patient
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Experience with Epicor is a plus; must be proficient with MS Office products
  • Some relocation assistance will be provided
