To sustain this growth and to maintain its excellent brand recognition, they are looking to add a Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager include:

  • Ensure efficient customer service by overseeing customer service personnel, operations, and quality metrics
  • Develop customer service representatives by providing daily goals, counseling, training, and recognition of successes
  • Continually improve methodology and tactics to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Address urgent customer concerns and matters that have been escalated through customer service representatives
  • Manage product returns and refunds

Requirements of the Customer Service Manager include:

  • A Bachelor`s degree in Business, Operations Management, or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience leading customer service functions and personnel for a manufacturing operation
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of building/maintaining relationships with customers
