For years, this manufacturing company has been expanding at a rapid rate and their future is looking bright. They are continually getting new projects, which has led to the need to grow their team. Currently, they are looking to add a Project Manager with pharmaceutical industry experience.

Duties of Pharmaceutical Project Manager include:

  • Work with customers to map out needs and requirements for new pharmaceuticals
  • Map out project lifecycle for production
  • Develop and manage the timelines for projects and ensure conformity with the budget
  • File and ensure drug regulatory compliance with FDA and other governmental standards
  • Assist with managing new medicine development and registration via the US and global regulations
  • Manage all project communication between internal personnel, customers, and external groups
  • Continually update customer throughout the entire project and work to resolve issues with the product
  • Work with production, engineering, and purchasing to coordinate materials and equipment necessary for medicines being manufactured
  • Give direction and leadership to project members
  • Continually ensure project and delivery goals are met
  • Ensure resolution to all issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Continually organize and lead update meetings and project reviews

Duties of the Pharmaceutical Project Manager include:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience Project Management experience in pharmaceuticals
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience dealing with contract development and manufacturing organizations
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Project
