Our manufacturing client was founded in the early 1990s and they have been growing ever since. They have grown exponentially the past several years, anywhere from 20-40% growth each of the past 5 years. Our client is searching for a talented Director of Sales to help them continue their growth. They are looking for a hunter mentality with proven experience closing new accounts. You will be a highly compensated employee with a great base salary, uncapped commission, car allowance, and full benefits.

The current opening is for a Business Development Executive. Main duties include:
  • Responsible for sales of high-performance reprocessed PVC & TPE compounds
  • Search for and call on medium to large accounts
  • Establish, track, and close new business targets
  • Prospecting and cold calling
  • Travel approximately 75% of the time to customers in the Midwest
  • Implement pricing and market strategies
  • Assist in defining target markets and commercial strategies
Qualifications include:
  • A four-year degree
  • Proven experience selling PVC/TPE resin, PVC/TPE compounds, or reprocessed PVC/TPE compounding products
  • Can live and work 100% remote, but must live in the Midwest USA
  • Strong hunter mentality
  • Ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
  • Tremendous communication skills both verbal and written
