The current opening is for a Field Service Manager. Main duties include:
  • Supervise and lead the Field Service department
  • Prepare finished injection molding machines for shipment
  • Develop project schedules, production plans, and daily work requirements
  • As a Working Manager, assist with the build and assembly of the equipment
  • Travel approximately 25-50% of the time for equipment installations and service work
  • Grow the service team by interviewing and hiring additional Field Service professionals
  • Hands-on training and development of your team
Qualifications include:
  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience working on injection molding machinery
  • Prior experience leading a team of technical professionals
  • Ability to travel both domestically (predominately) as well as internationally
  • Excellent customer service background, exceptional communication skills
  • Hands-on troubleshooting ability
