Our client is growing and looking for personnel who will help take them to the next level. They have plans to double, and even triple their workforce in Northeast Ohio. While corporate is providing the financial backing to do this expansion, they are looking for experience to help guide this development. Currently, our client is adding a Help Desk Specialist to their team. This person will have the ability to make their mark in several areas of IT during this exciting time for the company, as well as enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, 401k match, and more.

Duties of the Help Desk Specialist include:

• Troubleshoot/resolve IT issues and resolve IT ticketing request
• Provide help desk support to system users, both remotely and in-person
• Install and update various IT systems, hardware, and software
• Assist employees with IT system onboarding and training
• Support server, network, e-mail, and various data programs
• Perform password resets and assist with systems lockouts

Requirements for the Help Desk Specialist include:

• A college degree OR IT training
• Previous experience in a Help Desk position
• Proven experience troubleshooting IT issues
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of plant personnel
• Ability to travel between two facilities in NE Ohio
