They are currently looking to add an IT/Network Specialist at their US Headquarters on the west side of Cleveland. Main duties include:
- Ensuring all reliability and functionality of a variety of IT systems such as servers, networks, mobile devices, audio/visual systems, enterprise databases and communication systems
- Perform day-to-day maintenance on all IT systems
- Manage all IT security issues
- Serve as help-desk support, including being ‘on-call’
- Configure all IT back-up support plans and options
- Manage the inventory of all IT products
Qualifications include:
- At least an AS degree in Computer Science or a similar IT field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Network/IT Specialist
- Ability to be ‘on-call’ each week and weekend for IT support
