They are currently looking to add a Financial Division to their organization rather than using outside sources. This new hire will help start this new division and then run it. 

Main duties of the Director of Finance include:

• Lead the establishment of an entire new Finance Division within a strong family-run organization
• Help create all of the policies and procedures of this new division and ensure Ohio laws are met
• Manage the company underwriting processes
• Lead all Account Collections activities
• Hire and train new Financial team members

Qualifications include:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong financial leadership experience
• Exceptional strengths in Financial Collections, Underwriting, and Financial state laws
