Our client is in need of an Engineering Manager (Manufacturing).

- Overseeing, coaching, training, evaluating and leading Manufacturing Engineers and Supervisors
- Improving plant processes
- Launching new programs
- Creating/maintaining process documentation (PPAP, control plans, etc.)
- Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, workflow and workspace maximization
- Developing department budgets
- Managing and reducing costs
- Determining production times and staffing requirements
- Previous engineering management experience working in the automotive industry; experience with painting, assembly, injection molding, robotics, machining, etc. are a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
