They are presently looking to hire a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor. Main duties include:

• Directly supervising a team of Plastic Technicians in the Blow Molding area of the facility
• Ensuring production, quality and safety goals are all met
• Hire, fire and training of Blow Molding Technicians
• Review production data and implement Continuous Improvement ideas

Qualifications include:

• Strong leadership experience
• Blow Molding (or Injection Molding) is required
