Our client is a welding and fabrication facility located in the Lima, OH area and they serve one of the biggest industries in the heart of the Midwest. Due to recent growth, they are looking to add a Die/Stamping leader to their team. This company will provide you with stability, growth and excellent benefits.
Main duties of the Die/Stamping Supervisor include:
- Indirectly leading a stamping/die room of roughly 5 or so Die Maintenance and Set-Up employees
- Identifying ways to improve the die set up procedures
- Manually assist in all die set-up and stamping maintenance (50-300 ton presses)
- Train and develop Die Maintenance employees in the facility
Qualifications include:
- Strong stamping and die set-up experience
- Ability to lead and train others
- Excellent personality and communication skills
