This consumer product manufacturing company continues to be successful in any market. Their products have been resilient throughout history and will be into the future. The company is searching for a talented engineer who can lead the plant to improve equipment, efficiencies, and reliability.

As the Maintenance and Engineering Manager:

• You will lead the technical direction for maintenance and manufacturing operations
• Implement, develop, and train on a formal TPM program
• Utilize PM software and lead preventative and reliability systems
• Develop and lead continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean
• Identify and lead capital equipment upgrades and projects
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and support automation and technical equipment
• Manage, lead, develop and train a strong maintenance and engineering department

To be considered for the Maintenance and Engineering Manager role you must have:

• A four-year technical degree; ideally engineering
• Proven success as a Maintenance Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing company
• Proven accomplishments with Total Productive Maintenance programs
• Proven technical experience for an automated fast-paced manufacturing operation
• Excellent attitude, great communication and organization skills
