As a Help Desk Technician you will:
  • Provide technical administration of computers and network systems
  • Provide solutions for technical issues with computers, phone, network, and other systems
  • Support infrastructures such as MS Exchange, active directory, and virtual servers
  • Update systems with the latest software upgrades
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
Qualifications for the Help Desk Technician include:
  • Proven experience and accomplishments working with networks, servers and PCs
  • Ability to be both hands-on troubleshooting and administration of systems
  • Experience with MS Office, Office 365, MS Exchange
  • Good work history
  • Excellent communication skills and desire to support others
