As Customer Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring 3-5 Customer Quality Engineers
  • Maintaining company ISO standards
  • Managing customer quality
  • Improving processes
  • Determining root cause analysis
  • Implementing corrective actions
To be considered for the Customer Quality Manager position, you must have:
  • BS degree, along with at least 3 years of previous quality management experience in a manufacturing facility.  Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred
  • Six Sigma or other Lean certifications are a plus
  • Experience with ISO, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, etc.
