Our client is a large tier-1 automotive supplier with manufacturing locations across North America. They have a manufacturing facility north of Dayton, OH where they employee over 800 full-time employees. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for:
- A variety of tasks to support the HR functions of the manufacturing personnel
- Partnering with the HR team to administer benefits and communication
- Oversee training and orientations for new personnel
- Ensure strong employee relations and resolve employee issues
- Ensure a positive work environment between management and hourly employees
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor`s Degree is ideal, equivalent work experience will suffice
- Previous experience in human resources at a manufacturing facility
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
