The current opening is for a Supply Chain Analyst/Buyer. Main duties include:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Assist in all procurement activities
- Manage suppliers
- Negotiate and execute supplier agreements
- Establish and manage inventory levels throughout the supply chain
- Identify and implement cost improvement activities within the supply chain group
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar function
- Prior purchasing/supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting
- SAP experience preferred, or other ERP system
- Inventory management experience – Kanban, cycle counting, MRP, etc.
- Critical-thinker, analytical, strong problem-solver
- APICS certification a plus
