As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and ensuring accurate payroll
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering payroll questions
- Ensuring administration of attendance bonuses, etc.
- Updating and administering employee paperwork changes
- Administering benefits including open enrollment and new hire enrollment
- Answering benefits questions
To be considered for the HR Generalist position, you must have:
- Experience with payroll administration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
