- Developing, implementing, driving and maintaining preventative and predictive maintenance plans
- Developing and implementing SOP
- Maintaining the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Analyzing tests and data
- Analyzing and implementing ways to improve up-time of equipment Preparing budgets for supplies, manpower and capital expenses Ensuring plant safety and production quality
- Reducing costs and improving processes
- Prioritizing maintenance repairs and using root cause analysis Developing SOP for equipment, costs, reliability studies, etc.
- Coaching, training, mentoring and reviewing employees
Requirements of the Preventative Maintenance/Reliability Supervisor: Progressive preventative maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility:
- Stable work history
- AS Degree or higher is highly preferred, along with at least 5 years of previous maintenance/preventative maintenance and supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with reliability (vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.)
- Able to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Some relocation assistance will be provided
