Responsibilities of the Software Development Manager include:
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and integrate electrical control systems and embedded software for industrial applications
- Work cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams to ensure proper system development and successful installation and commissioning
- Utilize knowledge of embedded C Programming and experience with Direct Memory Access (DMA), I2C, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and similar protocols to ensure application functionality
- Develop software utilizing object-oriented programming, specifically C++, Visual Studio, and Python Size variable speed drives, motors, and control systems to meet system requirements
Requirements for the Software Development Manager position include:
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Science, or similar
- Experience in full-cycle embedded controls development
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card status
