The current opening is for an EH&S Leader. Main duties include:
- Coordinate plant occupational safety and health programs
- Ensure compliance with company standards and governmental regulations
- Coordinate internal EH&S audits
- Coordinate OSHA and DOT training
- Develop and coordinate emergency response drills and evacuation plans
- Investigate and review accidents and incidents
Qualifications include:
- B.S. in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar function
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Ability to lead and train personnel at all levels of the organization
- Behavior based safety implement experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
