As Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Employee relations
- Onboarding new employees
- Leading investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Leading organizational changes
- Supporting payroll
- Supporting recruiting strategies
- Partner with plant associates and be an advocate
To be considered for the Human Resources Specialist position you must have:
- BS degree and previous HR experience (working, co-op or internship)
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well with others; have ability to develop relationships and see both sides to issues
