Duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist include:
- Partner with facility leadership and associates to create and implement full cycle recruiting efforts to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skillsets
- Developing training and development programs to ensure acquired skills are in line with facility needs
- Manage records keeping for employee benefits, promotions, transfers, and career development
- Work with site management to determine areas for continuous improvement and costs savings related to hiring, training, and retention
Requirements of the Human Resources Generalist include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field preferred
- Previous recruitment and training experience for a manufacturing site or engineering office
- Compensation, benefits, and payroll experience
