The current opening is for an Accounting Manager. Main duties include:
- Manage the accounting department, reportable to the CFO
- Oversee AR, AP, banking relations, risk management, fixed assets, and more
- Track cash flow and prepare reports
- Provide planning and leadership for the monthly and annual closing financial audits
- Oversee the work, support, and mentor a team of accounting professionals in the department
- Provide financial analysis to internal customers
- Special projects
Qualifications include:
- B.S. in Accounting for Finance
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in an accounting function
- CPA designation preferred, not required
- Prior work at a manufacturing company required
- Excellent mathematical and financial aptitude
- Prior supervision experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
