If you are looking for a stable company with a family atmosphere and worldwide presence, this could be for you! Our client is in need of a Customer Service/Sales Engineer to join their team.
As Customer Service/Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Selling parts to customers
- Preparing pricing and delivery quotes to customers
- Initiating orders
- Ensuring available stock of products/parts
- Reviewing and addressing customer complaints
- Scheduling any necessary field service work
To be considered for this position you must have:
- A degree in engineering is highly preferred, or equivalent experience along with experience working with custom machinery
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Travel is not required, but can be helpful to increase your sales
- Strong problem solving ability
