Our client is considered to be an expert in their industry.  They have a strong commitment to their customers and highly value their employees.  They are a global manufacturer that continues to grow and they offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits to their employees.  They are in need of a Customer Service/Sales Administration Manager to join their team.  You will be the analytics for the sales team which is very data driven.

As Customer Service/Sales Administration Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading, coaching and managing the customer service team
  • Identifying trends and improving customer service processes and studying results
  • Ensuring customer service satisfaction
  • Providing resources (technical advice, help desk information) to the customer service team to ensure optimal performance
  • Managing inventory tracking and order fulfillment
  • Achieving calculations to track customer fill rate, shipped per day, cargo, etc.
  • Assigning production schedules
  • Supporting the sales team and their needs including customer rebates, returns, credits, etc.
  • Preparing reports
  • Driving the sales distribution needs to the onsite operations team

To be considered for the Customer Service/Sales Administration Manager position you must have:
  • A BS degree is highly preferred
  • At least 3 years of previous customer service experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills; gets along well with others
  • Experience with WMS.  Dynamics AX is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Excel
