Duties of the Quality Engineer include:
- Performing root cause analysis and necessary corrective actions
- Work with quality team to resolve customer quality issues
- Ensuring products comply with quality standards by inspecting and analyzing parts
- Assist with CMM process
- Performing quality audits
- Work with suppliers on non-conforming products
- Monitoring and modifying quality documents
Requirements for the Quality Engineer position include:
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar quality assurance position
- Willingness to be on the floor and interactive with the quality process
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities
