This company manufactures products for a variety of growing industries.  They are ISO certified and maintain the highest quality, safety, and environmental standards.  They are looking for a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator to join their team.

As Payroll/Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing and ensuring accurate bi-weekly payroll
  • Maintaining Paycor
  • Updating and administering employee changes paperwork (terminations, child support, wage garnishments, etc.)
  • Ensuring FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, Worker's Compensation, etc., compliance
  • Administering benefits including open enrollment and new hire enrollment
  • Overseeing open enrollment process
  • Tracking disciplinary documentation

To be considered for the Payroll/Benefits Coordinator position, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of previous payroll processing experience
  • Experience with/understanding of employee benefits administration
  • Excellent communication skills; able to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with ADP 
  • Experience with MS Office
