Our client is a global automotive manufacturing organization that has a large machining, fabrication and welding operation in a small town outside of Columbus, OH. Main duties of the Sr. Process Engineer include:

• Lead process improvement projects throughout the facility, utilizing Lean or Six Sigma
• Use Root Cause Analysis to aid in reducing machine downtime
• Develop new tooling for validation studies
• Use CAD for equipment/plant layout projects
• Ensure the plant is adhering to ISO and TS standards
• Aid in plant automation projects involving PLC’s and HMI

 
Qualifications include:

• BS degree in an engineering field
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and certifications desired
• Willing to work in a very high-speed demanding environment
