Our client is a privately owned global manufacturer. They are headquartered in the Toledo area and have offices, partners and dealers across the world. They offer competitive wages, great benefits, a flexible schedule, paid time off and more. They are in need of a Process/Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.
As Process/Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Working 50% on the manufacturing floor and 50% in office
- Implementing process improvements
- Leading cost reductions
- Managing and overseeing plant projects
- Installing and upgrading equipment
- Performing product/process analysis
- Some design as needed
To be considered for the Process/Manufacturing Engineer you must have:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent experience, ideally along with at least 1 year of previous similar engineering experience in a manufacturing facility
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player attitude
- Experience with/understanding of CAD, blueprints and schematics preferred
Key skills: Manufacturing, Equipment Installation, Project Management
