As A/R Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing A/P and A/R
- Supporting IPO
- Physical inventory
- Month end closings
- Applying GAAP principles
- Preparing budgets and journal entries
- Handling 1099 filings
- Authorizing ACH payments
- Supporting projects
- Maintaining G/L
To be considered for the A/R Specialist position, you must have:
- At least one year of previous A/R experience
- Proficiency with MS Office products, primarily Excel
- Excellent communicaiton skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with ERP is a plus
