As Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting Customer Service Representatives
  • Working with the Customer Service Manager
  • Analyzing customer service data and reporting that information to improve customer relations and processes
  • Overseeing Customer Service department in the absence of the manager
  • Determining root cause of customer issues and developing corrective actions
  • Preparing product and service reports
  • Improving the overall customer experience
To be considered for the Customer Service Liaison role, you must have:
  • Ideally a degree and at least 3 years of customer service and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong listener; patient
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Proficiency with Excel
