Our client has recently benefited from millions in upgrades for their Northwest Indiana facility. They use recycled material to make their products and produce minimal waste during manufacturing, so as to leave a negligible footprint ecologically. Currently, our client is looking for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join their team.

Duties of the Process Improvement Coordinator include:
- Develop standard operating procedures aimed at increasing process efficiency and reducing waste/downtime
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve processes
- Observe and evaluate processes, study data, and use information to formulate process improvement ideas
- Formulate best practices for production employees and train individuals on improvement practices and procedures
- Improve and fix process parameters
- Work with production and management to create a work environment focused on efficiency
- Assist with leading and implementing all aspects capital equipment projects
Requirements for the Process Improvement Coordinator include:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing facility
- Proven process improvement experience in previous position or co-ops
- Drive continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
