Our client is a successful A&E firm, and they are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager. This is a full-time/direct hire opening. Our client has been around since the late 1940’s and have never had a layoff. The average associate tenure is more than 10 years. There are several employees who started their career as a co-op and reached retirement, all with our client.

The current opening is for a Project Manager. Main duties include:
- Perform production planning, master scheduling, and forecasting
- Establish staffing requirements for projects
- Monitor project budgets
- Plan and monitor project status, resolve issues as they arise
- Resolve constraints or delays in projects
Qualifications include:
- B.S./B.A. degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related position
- Prior experience in production planning, forecasting, and master scheduling
- Prior work experience with an A/E firm or professional services consulting environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented
