Responsibilities of a Paint Process Engineer for this company include
- Leading the improvement projects in the paint production areas
- Improving process efficiency, reducing waste, cutting cost
- Identifying equipment modifications, improvements, reliability
- Leading capital equipment projects

- Technical expert on paint processes, equipment, and procedures

Requirements for the Paint Process Engineer role include
- A BS in Engineering
- Proven success and accomplishments in paint/coatings processes familiarity
- Ability to be both an analytical engineer couple with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and organization skills
