You will be able to set the direction of the Quality Department and aid in the continued growth of this company.

Main duties of the Quality Manager position include:
- Provide leadership and guidance for the Quality Department
- Improve core processes related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Ensure business processes, product quality, and documentation are maintained and meet quality assurance standards
- Develop corrective actions to resolve issues related to quality standards
- Gather, analyze, and report weekly and monthly metric data
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as necessary
Requirements for the Quality Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a quality related position, 3+ years of experience in a quality leadership function
- Working experience with Asian manufacturing and suppliers
- Experience in planning and conducting quality audits
- Strong decision-making ability, excellent problem solver, analytical
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
