The current opening is for a Production Coordinator. Main duties include:
- Oversee and lead the work of production associates on an assigned production line
- Responsible for performance management
- Assist in continuous or lean manufacturing activity
- Ensure safety and productivity of teammates
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word and Excel primarily) for required documentation
- High school diploma or GED
- Past work experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role in a manufacturing work environment
- Ability to coordinate projects
- Hands-on
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
