Currently, our client is looking to add a Production Control Coordinator to their team.

Duties of the Production Control Coordinator include:
Lead planning and scheduling that meet customer demands
Lead a smooth flow of raw materials, to production, to finished goods, and to shipping
Determine material requirements needed to support production
Develop SOPs for demand planning, scheduling of production, and ordering of material
Train, lead, and develop Planners and Customer Service Team
Ensure adequate availability of materials for production needs
Use KPIs and other metrics to monitor production control department efficiency and make adjustments to improve productivity
Work cohesively with other plant departments to ensure 100% on time delivery of products
Work with production to resolve any discrepancies related to production schedules
Requirements for the Production Control Coordinator include:
Previous experience leading the planning or scheduling for manufacturing
Experience working with an ERP or MRP system
Proven leadership skills and the ability to create positive direction for the department
Collaborative personality
